That means if you’re on your lunch break and want to head to the break room or a park, you can pull up the myFIT app and a certified trainer will be waiting to guide you through a workout that suits your needs. For trainers, it means filling those holes in your schedule and reaching more clients than you ever could have in your own hometown.

Whether you’re a busy mom, a corporate professional, a shift worker or someone who is new to fitness, myFIT can help break down the barriers to get you moving now! Our certified personal trainers and fitness instructors are highly qualified and ready to train you ON DEMAND, with ongoing support, advice and community.
